Blackline EMS
Blackline is a unique blend of functional fitness training and EMS (‘Electrical Muscle Stimulation’), designed to build strength and conditioning.
EMS uses electrical impulses to control muscle contraction and reach deep muscle layers that are difficult to activate through conventional exercise. Functional fitness trains multiple muscles and joints to work together, engaging the upper and lower body at the same time and emphasising core stability.
Each Blackline session is individually tailored to your level of fitness and goals, combining bodyweight, weight bearing and resistance exercises in a 20-minute workout. Best results are achieved training Blackline EMS twice per week.
Personal training
Our personal training gym provides exceptional facilities and state-of-the-art equipment without the need for a membership. We specialise in functional fitness that engages the arms, upper body and legs at the same time and builds core stability.
Our brand new gym features the TechnoGym Kinesis Personal Vision, described as ‘the ultimate piece of designer gym equipment’, alongside a Keiser functional trainer, Concept2 SkiErg, Taurus Ergo-X Air Bike, TRX, free weights, squat rack and 3D Smith machine.
After your initial consultation, your trainer will tailor a programme to meet your fitness goals, experience and lifestyle. Your trainer will monitor progress against your goals and make adjustments to maximise the benefits from your training.
Boxing conditioning
One-on-one boxing with a trainer is an increasingly popular cardiovascular workout for all levels of fitness that not only burns calories but also improves strength, endurance, coordination and relieves stress.
Whether you want to look and feel better or improve your strength and fitness, this full body training works your arms, upper body, back, core, glutes and legs.
Your trainer will tailor each workout to your fitness goals and experience using a combination of boxing drills / footwork, sparring with pads and gloves, punch bags and studio equipment.
Classes
We run small group Boxing Conditioning and HIIT classes throughout the week with our trainer Krys Ozog, who is a former martial arts World Champion.
Boxing Conditioning is a popular cardio workout that improves strength and endurance and relieves stress.
HIIT combines high-intensity interval training with brief rest periods to maximise cardio impact in a short space of time.

Cold Plunging
Complement your weight training and cardio exercise with Cold Plunging and take your fitness to the next level. This therapeutic technique involves immersing yourself in cold water for a short duration – typically 2 to 5 minutes. It’s been practiced for centuries and provides a range of physical and mental benefits.
