‘I have been doing Blackline EMS for one year now, starting with two times a week and now once a week to complement my cardio. I have seen a big difference in my muscle mass (66.3% to 71.1%), my abs are more defined, I lost inches on my waist and my body fat percentage dropped as well. My glutes are much more firm, cellulite has disappeared and I am developing muscles that I couldn’t work out by myself. The results are amazing and it’s very time efficient with only a 20-minute session.
Blackline is my only strength workout of the week, the rest of the time I do cardio, but you can adapt it to your personal needs and body type.
