Jozef Jurik

Jozef has been a personal trainer for over 20 years and founded Blackline EMS in 2012, originally based in Shepherd’s Bush. He is a Level 3 Fitness Trainer, Master EMS Trainer and he holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science. His expertise spans functional training, conditioning, muscle building, weight loss, EMS training, programme design and life coaching. Jozef mentors his clients to achieve their fitness goals and has a loyal, long-standing client base.
Before focusing on personal training, Jozef was a professional athlete for 12 years in the Slovakia Olympic Programme competing in the biathlon winter sport. He was also assistant fitness conditioning coach for the Slovakia Olympic team at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
Krystian Ozog
Personal Trainer
Krys is the former 2015 K-1 Middleweight World Champion and he has trained and competed in various other fighting styles including amateur boxing, MuayThai and full contact kickboxing. He gained his experience in GuruMuayThai at the GMMA Martial Arts Academy in London, Malaysia and Thailand, where he went on to join the team of coaches. Krys is also a Black Belt Gukwoone Martial Arts Instructor experienced in weapons skills training, including nunchaku and double sticks.
Starting his sports career at age 16 running marathons, Krys has over 10 years’ experience coaching people of all ages and fitness levels. He offers one-on-one, family and friends sessions spanning boxing, HIIT and body weight workouts. Krys’ expertise extends to cardio fitness, nutrition and lifestyle advice, developed through personal experience and scientific studies.
Sanchez Long
Personal Trainer
Sanchez holds a Master’s degree in Sport, Health and Exercise Sciences and is a Level 3 Fitness Trainer. His studies led him to focus on biomechanics and physiology, taking a particular interest in explosive power and the biomechanical principles behind sporting movements.
Before focusing on fitness training, Sanchez was heavily involved in basketball until knee injuries limited his ability to pursue the sport at a high level. His experience enables him to drive recovery from lower limb injuries and provide specific training to improve his clients’ athletic ability to the highest possible standards.
